Our Referral Program makes that possible. When you refer a priest, pastor, or church leader who leads a group pilgrimage with us, you travel free as our thank-you for helping connect us with a new group.
How It Works

Send us the name and contact info of a priest, pastor, or church leader who may be interested in leading a group pilgrimage. - We Connect
Our team will reach out to them and provide everything they need to plan and lead a pilgrimage with their church or ministry. - They Travel, You Travel Free
Once their group officially books and meets the minimum number of travelers, you’ll receive a free trip credit to join the same pilgrimage or another eligible one.
Who Can Refer?
Anyone can participate — parishioners, friends, family members, or even church staff. If you know a leader who would love to take their church on a spiritual journey, we want to hear from you.

- Land cost (does not include airfare)
- Hotel accommodations
- Guided tours
- Some meals (varies by itinerary)
- Entrance fees to sites

Terms and Conditions
- The referred leader must be a new contact to Sacred Steps Travel (not previously registered or working with us).
- The group must reach the minimum number of full-paying travelers (25 or more; may vary by trip).
- The free travel credit is valid only if the referred leader completes the trip as the designated group leader.
- Your free trip must be used for the same pilgrimage or an eligible alternative of similar value.
- Referral must be submitted before the group signs a group leader agreement.
- Only one referral reward is granted per group (first person to submit is eligible).
- Free trip is non-transferable and has no cash value.
- Additional charges such as optional travel insurance, personal expenses, or upgrades are not included.
- Sacred Steps Travel reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
